Asado Chicken and Sauteed Lemon Zucchini

For the Asado Chicken:

4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Salt to taste

Fresh cilantro for garnish

For the Sautéed Lemon Zucchini:

2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine minced garlic, soy sauce, orange juice, brown sugar, rice vinegar, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to create a marinade.

      - Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for optimal flavor.

        Grill the Chicken:
