Creamy Chicken Garlic Parmesan Pasta

8 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups baby spinach

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Be careful not to burn it.
