2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced (preferably crispy fried or grilled)

4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup lettuce, chopped (romaine or iceberg)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or jack)

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: jalapeños, avocado slices, or any other desired toppings

Cook the Chicken: If using raw chicken, season with salt and pepper, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook until crispy and golden brown. Shred or dice the chicken once cooked.

    Prepare the Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.

      Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Pour the ranch dressing over the mixture and toss until well combined.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place half of the chicken and bacon mixture in the center of the tortilla.

          Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all fillings are secured inside. Repeat with the second tortilla and remaining filling.

            Optional Toasting: For an extra crispy finish, toast the wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
