2 cups elbow macaroni

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (preferably grilled or roasted)

1 cup honey

1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3 cups whole milk

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
