Ingredients

1 package (15.5 oz) Oreo Cookies (original)

1 cup pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting chocolate)

Orange sprinkles (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: In a food processor, blend the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Alternatively, you can place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin. Set aside.

Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

Chill the Mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes, allowing it to firm up for easier shaping.

Form the Balls: Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

Coat the Balls: Dip each pumpkin Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Use a fork to lift them out, allowing excess chocolate to drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper.

Garnish: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with orange sprinkles for a festive touch.

Set: Place the chocolate-coated balls in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate before serving.
