1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup crushed graham crackers

Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

      Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.

        Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing just until incorporated.

          Fold in the Goodies: Stir in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. The dough will be thick and a bit sticky.

            Spread in Pan: Spread approximately 2/3 of the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan, pressing it down with your fingers or a spatula.

              Add Toppings: Sprinkle some additional chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker crumbs on top of the base layer.

                Dollop Remaining Dough: Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough over the top, leaving some gaps to allow the marshmallows to peek through.

                  Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cookie bars are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

                    Cool and Slice: Let the bars cool in the pan for about 10-15 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice into squares.
